Data connections

Summary

The tender concerns the supply, management and maintenance of data connections for various municipal locations. The contractor must provide redundant, high-availability connections, including fibre-based links, SD-WAN-related connections and an optional private Microsoft Azure cloud connection. The contract runs for 4 years and may be extended twice by 2 years, up to a maximum of 8 years. The bidder must submit the UEA, a reference proof form, qualitative documents, and a completed price form. Key requirements include proven experience with similar network connection work, liability insurance of at least EUR 1,250,000 per event, ISO 14001 and ISO 27001 or equivalent, Dutch-language communication, and compliance with the exclusion grounds and Russia sanctions restrictions.
