Purchase of loading and transshipment crane

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of one loading and transshipment crane for the Municipality of Midden-Groningen, together with a full-service maintenance and repair arrangement for the crane’s entire life cycle. The contract is for supplies, but it also includes preventive maintenance, inspections, repairs, technical support, spare parts supply and related services. The bidder must also be able to show financial stability, insurance coverage if required, business registration, and compliance with the tender documents. If the bidder relies on subcontractors or third parties, it must prove that their capacity can actually be used for contract performance.
