Gully cleaning

Summary

The tender concerns the cleaning and emptying of gullies for the municipality of Diemen. In total there are 8,900 gullies: 7,500 can be cleaned mechanically and 1,400 must be cleaned manually. The gullies must be cleaned twice a year, in spring and in autumn. The contract is a framework agreement with one supplier, with an initial term of 2 years and an option to extend it 2 × 1 year, but the maximum duration is 4 years and the maximum value is EUR 400,000 excluding VAT. The bid must be submitted electronically via TenderNed. Price is the only award criterion. The bidder must take into account that all materials, equipment, GPS measurements and the DXF drawing are included in the price. Permits, standards, reporting, traffic management, the safety plan and the daily progress report are part of the performance requirements. To participate, the bidder must submit the ESPD, the signed general declaration, the reference declaration, the tariff table and the Russia sanctions declaration. The bidder must have prior experience in gully cleaning or similar work and a comparable reference contract worth at least EUR 96,000 excluding VAT. Insurance, register entries and several certificates are also required.
