Restricted European Tender for Meander College Design Team

Summary

The tender concerns the integrated design of the new Meander College building, indoor sports facilities, community facilities and the surrounding outdoor area in Zwolle’s Aa-landen district. A multidisciplinary design team is sought, consisting of an architect, a building physics and fire safety adviser, an installation adviser, a structural engineer and a landscape/civil engineering adviser. The architect has the coordinating role. The contract is for services and covers design work up to the VO/VO+ phase; afterwards the team joins the construction team and continues in a supporting and checking role during the DO phase. The procedure is a restricted European procedure, not divided into lots, and bids must be submitted in Dutch. To participate, the bidder must submit the UEA, three project references for the qualification requirements and one reference for each selection criterion. Positive equity, adequate professional and business liability insurance, a Chamber of Commerce register extract and registration of at least three architects in the Architects Register are required. Four bidders will be shortlisted; award evaluation is 80% quality and 20% price.
