Safehouses sheltered living services in the IJssel-Vecht region

Summary

This tender concerns the purchase of safehouses, i.e. sheltered living services for adults with addiction problems in the IJssel-Vecht region. The service is intended for people who need recovery-oriented support in a safe and abstinent environment and whose goal is to achieve more independent living within one year. The bidder must be able to provide both individual and group-based support, 24/7 telephone availability and, if needed, rapid on-site response. The tender also requires location information, an action plan, proof of a quality management system, liability insurance and passing the Bibob check. The SROI obligation only applies once invoiced turnover reaches EUR 200,000 in the first two contract years; then at least 5% of turnover must be spent on SROI activities.
