Scenario studies for WUPe energy plans

Summary

The tender concerns the selection of three framework agreement partners to carry out independent scenario studies for WUPe energy plans in Tilburg. The first assignment is for Biezenmortel and requires both a plan of approach and a price offer. Later assignments will be awarded through mini-competitions. The bidder must be prepared for 5–6 participation meetings in Biezenmortel, provide a transparent and reproducible methodology, and demonstrate experience with both individual and collective heat-solution scenario studies. The submission must also include the ESPD, a trade register extract, references, the price sheet and the declaration of no Russian involvement.
