Ludza Municipality is procuring routine winter maintenance of streets and roads across its territory for the 2026–2027 winter period, divided into 13 lots. Three lots cover 2027 maintenance of transit streets forming part of regional road routes: Tālavijas and Latgales Streets in Ludza (4.26 km), Vienības Street in Kārsava (2.49 km) and Brīvības Street in Zilupe (2.4 km). The other lots cover winter maintenance of streets in Ludza, Kārsava and Zilupe, and streets and roads in the municipality’s parish groups.
