Design and author supervision services under a framework agreement

Summary

The tender concerns design and author supervision services for the contracting authority’s properties throughout Latvia under a framework agreement. The services may cover new construction, reconstruction, renovation, restoration, demolition, conservation and fire-safety documentation. The framework agreement will run for 24 months or until the maximum value of EUR 200,000 excluding VAT is reached, and may be awarded to 2–5 suppliers. No variants are allowed and the contract is not divided into lots. Bidders need an average design turnover of at least EUR 200,000 for 2023–2025, experience from at least three design and author supervision projects during 2021–2026, and a qualified team with the specified Latvian certificates. The tender must be submitted electronically in Latvian. Price accounts for up to 90 points and energy-efficient building design experience for up to 10 points. The submission deadline is 12 October 2026.
