Supply of wood pellets for the needs of Talsu municipal authorities

Summary

The tender covers the supply of wood pellets to the institutions of Talsu municipality for 12 months. It is divided into three lots: 1) 15 kg bags, estimated quantity 1,107 tonnes; 2) BIG-BAG bags, 455 tonnes; and 3) delivery using blowing technology, 277 tonnes. Bidders may submit an offer for one or all lots. Price is the only award criterion. Deliveries must generally be made within three working days after an order is received, on working days between 8:00 and 16:00. Depending on the lot, the supplier must place the pellets at the destination, fill the storage tank or deliver them using blowing technology.
