Replacement of the roof covering at the residential building at 35 Vaļņu Street, Daugavpils, in accordance with the project

Summary

The tender covers the complete replacement of the roof covering of the multi-apartment residential building at 35 Vaļņu Street, Daugavpils, in accordance with the project. The works include dismantling the existing roof and underlying layers and installing a new asbestos-free corrugated-sheet roof, timber structures, metal flashings, rainwater drainage, roof windows, snow guards and other specified components. The estimated value is up to EUR 40,000 excluding VAT, and the procurement is not divided into lots. The bid must be submitted electronically no later than 21 September 2026 at 10:00 local time and must be prepared in Latvian. A site inspection is mandatory and an EUR 800 tender guarantee must be provided. The expected execution period is 2027, and the works must be completed within 120 calendar days after the construction permit is obtained. The successful bidder must provide for a minimum five-year warranty, a 10% performance guarantee and insurance that remains valid during contract performance. Bids will be evaluated on a 100-point basis: price carries up to 80 points and the experience of the responsible construction manager up to 20 points. The contract will be awarded to the compliant most economically advantageous bid.
