Summary

The procurement covers the development, approval and delivery of a 36-academic-hour professional development programme for teachers. The programme focuses on using cultural activities as a learning resource to develop understanding of democracy and civic participation and must be delivered to at least 20 school teams and at least 140 teachers and educational institution administration representatives in total. The service consists of two streams and three stages: 18-academic-hour introductory seminars, 10 academic hours of independent work and 8-academic-hour regional seminars. The contractor must develop the programme content and materials, deliver the training, engage the required lecturers and specialists, document the results and issue certificates of participation. The contract deadline is 31 May 2027 and the estimated value is up to EUR 51,517 excluding VAT. Tenders must cover the full scope; partial tenders and variants are not permitted. Tenders will be evaluated on the basis of the lowest total price excluding VAT.
