Procurement of a file exchange solution

Summary

The procurement concerns 100 NextCloud Premium or equivalent file exchange solution licences for 12 months. The solution must be deployed in infrastructure managed by the contracting authority and support file storage and sharing, collaborative document editing, isolated environments for multiple organisations, authentication, collaboration tools and security features. The licence key must be delivered within 10 working days after the contract enters into force, and installation, configuration, support and updates must be included in the tender price. The maximum contract value is EUR 11,000 excluding VAT, price is the only award criterion, and tenders must be submitted electronically by 31 August 2026.
