Framework agreement for ensuring the organisation of public events

Summary

The tender concerns services for organising representation events, seminars, conferences, discussions, think tanks, workshops and other public events. The framework agreement will run for 24 months or until the total contract value of EUR 3,000,000 excluding VAT is reached. Events may be organised in Latvia or abroad, and the framework agreement may be concluded with up to four bidders. The bidder must demonstrate an average annual turnover of at least EUR 250,000 and substantial previous experience in organising different types of events. The submission must include a technical tender, solutions for two test events and a three-part financial tender. Tenders will be assessed on price and quality and must be submitted electronically through EIS by 7 September 2026.
