Provision of health and accident insurance services to SIA “Rīgas meži”

Summary

The procurement is divided into two lots: health insurance and accident insurance. A bidder may tender for one or both lots, but alternative tenders are not allowed. The services must comply with the technical specification; health insurance applies in Latvia 24 hours a day, while accident insurance applies worldwide 24 hours a day, subject to possible exceptions for the territories of Russia, Belarus and Ukraine. The number of insured employees may change during the contract. The bidder must hold the relevant insurance licence, be properly registered, and submit electronic technical and financial tenders. The financial tender must state the 12-month insurance premium for each lot. Tenders will be assessed using the most economically advantageous tender criteria; each lot has a maximum score of 100 points. The tender submission deadline is 31 August 2026.
