Maintenance and upkeep of the Rundāle administrative area

Summary

The tender concerns maintenance and upkeep services for the territory of the Rundāle administrative area, covering the Rundāle, Svītene and Viesturi areas. The contract will run for 36 months or until the contract value has been fully used; the estimated value is EUR 103,000 excluding VAT. Bidders must have annual turnover of at least EUR 65,000 in each of the previous three financial years, at least one similar service contract worth at least EUR 20,000, and the necessary equipment and other resources. The tender must be submitted electronically in Latvian by 10:00 on 1 September 2026. A EUR 650 tender guarantee is required and must remain valid for six months from the tender opening date. Price is the only award criterion.
