Development of the BALSS audiobook system mobile application for Android

Summary

The tender concerns the analysis, design, development, testing and Google Play publication of the BALSS audiobook system mobile application for Android 11 and later, including API analysis, UX/UI design, streaming and secure offline downloads, accessibility testing, delivery of source code and documentation, transfer of economic rights, and a 24-month warranty.
