Maintenance and improvement of Jelgava municipal energy management system

Summary

The tender covers the maintenance and improvement of the Jelgava municipal energy management system, including energy-efficiency consultancy services. Bids must cover the entire procurement subject as one package, and variant bids are not allowed.
