Small-angle X-ray diffractometer

Summary

The procurement covers the supply, installation, configuration, testing and basic user training of a small-angle X-ray diffractometer (Grazing Incidence X-ray Diffractometer) for the Institute of Solid State Physics of the University of Latvia in Riga. The equipment must be new, comply with the technical specification, and include, among other things, a two-dimensional silicon detector, software, sample holders and a full warranty of at least 12 months. Delivery, installation and training must be completed within 6 months of contract signature.
