Sociological research services

Summary

The tender concerns sociological research services for 36 months or until the framework agreement reaches its maximum value of EUR 139,999 excluding VAT. The service combines complementary quantitative and qualitative research methods; it is not divided into lots, and only one tender may be submitted for the full scope. The bidder must demonstrate average annual net turnover of at least EUR 60,000, the required CAPI, CAWI, CATI, focus-group and in-depth-interview experience, and at least one qualified research manager. The tender must include detailed technical and financial sections and must be submitted electronically. The most economically advantageous tender will be selected using price and the award criteria set out in the procurement documents.
