Villeurbanne City and its municipal social action centre (CCAS) are procuring food supplies for municipal collective catering under a single-supplier framework agreement divided into six lots: fresh beef, veal, lamb and offal; fresh poultry and rabbit; grocery products and alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks; assorted chilled and frozen products, excluding fresh fruit and vegetables and fourth- or fifth-range products; organic fresh bread for the city; and fresh bread and all-butter pastries for CCAS facilities and services. The unit-price agreement is scheduled to begin in 2027 for one year and may be renewed three times for one year, up to a maximum total term of four years. The ex-VAT minimum and maximum values are €140,000–€300,000 for lot 5, €65,000–€160,000 for lot 7, €350,000–€650,000 for lot 13, €70,000–€140,000 for lot 14, €100,000–€160,000 for lot 15, and no minimum and a maximum of €80,000 for lot 16.
