Preparation of drinking-water supply and wastewater master plans and zoning

Summary

The contract covers the preparation of a master plan and zoning for drinking-water supply, and a master plan and zoning for wastewater management in the municipality of Saint-Quentin-la-Poterie. The study will mainly cover the entire municipal area, although some topics may require a wider study area. The planned service period is 18 months from 18 January 2027. Bids must be submitted electronically by 12:00 on 13 November 2026. Variants are not permitted and no bid guarantee is required. No specific legal form is imposed on a group of bidders, but if the contract is awarded to a jointly liable group, its lead member must be jointly liable with each member towards the contracting authority. Late delivery incurs a penalty of EUR 150 per day, as well as a fixed penalty of EUR 500; cumulative late penalties of up to EUR 500 are waived.
