Supply of printed French-language and foreign-language books to Université Paris Nanterre

Summary

The procurement covers the supply of printed books to the libraries and other units of Université Paris Nanterre. The four lots cover French and French-language books, English-language books, German-language books and Spanish-language books, regardless of the country of publication. Used books and books supplied with accompanying media are also included; e-books are excluded. Portuguese- and Italian-language books are handled separately and are not part of these four lots. This is a single-supplier framework agreement performed through purchase orders. The initial term is 12 months, with three possible 12-month renewals, for a maximum total term of 48 months. The maximum amounts over four years are EUR 3,000,000 for Lot 1, EUR 1,000,000 for Lot 2, EUR 120,000 for Lot 3 and EUR 100,000 for Lot 4, all excluding VAT. The bid submission deadline is 4 November 2026 at 12:00 Paris time. Bidders must provide turnover, staffing and previous-supply information, together with the required bid documents for each lot. Bids are evaluated on order management and service (60%), delivery and sustainability (20%), and price (20%).
