Outdoor area maintenance services for establishments and units supported by the Carcassonne Support Group in the Aude department

Summary

The tender covers continuous and on-demand maintenance of outdoor areas at establishments and units supported by the Carcassonne Support Group in the Aude department. The services include, among other activities, mowing, brush clearing, pruning, hedge cutting, weed removal, leaf collection, tree and hedge maintenance, specialist treatments and fence maintenance. This is a 12-month framework agreement with up to two tacit renewals. The total framework maximum is EUR 1,350,000 excluding VAT, equivalent to EUR 450,000 per year. The procurement is reserved exclusively for establishments providing assistance through work (ESAT) or adapted companies (EA). A mandatory site visit is required, and tenders must be submitted electronically by 29 October 2026 at 11:00. Price is not the only award criterion; all criteria are set out in section 5.3 of the consultation rules.
