Management and operation of Aléop non-urban passenger transport services in Sarthe

Summary

The concession concerns the management and operation of Aléop’s non-urban passenger transport services in Sarthe, including the Le Mans bus station, regular and demand-responsive services, the TPMR72 service for persons with reduced mobility, and the demand-responsive services in Crissé and Rouessé-Vassé. The contract is a single, non-lotted concession for 96 months, running from notification and no later than 30 August 2027 until 29 August 2035, with an estimated concession volume of EUR 11,935,062 excluding VAT per year, including revenue. The operator will assume an operating risk and must provide the required human, technical and financial resources, maintain the authority’s equipment, provide other necessary assets including vehicles, manage revenue collection, passenger information, customer service quality, reporting, staff training and coordination with other transport networks. A social progress plan and an employment-insertion clause apply; variants are not allowed, and the tender validity period is 12 months.
