Supply of fruits and vegetables

Summary

The tender covers the supply of fruits and vegetables for the Approv’Halles collective catering platform in Provins. It is a three-lot, multi-supplier framework agreement with purchase orders: lot 1 covers dry goods such as green lentils and red beans; lot 2 covers root vegetables; and lot 3 covers other fruit and vegetable products. The framework runs for 24 months and may be tacitly renewed twice for 12 months, up to 48 months in total. Offers must be submitted electronically by 29 October 2026 at 12:00. A supplier may bid for up to three lots, and variants are not permitted. The supplier must prepare, group, quality-check, label and make the products available at a declared collection point in the Île-de-France region, generally within 65 km of Provins; the buyer arranges transport from that point. The offer must include the completed price schedule, technical response, product data sheets, seasonality information and required supporting documents. Evaluation is based on price (35%), direct sourcing and traceability (35%), product quality and delivery organisation (15%), and environmental performance (15%).
