Invitation to market dialogue: Fountain procurement

Summary

This is not a contract notice or invitation to tender, but an invitation to a market dialogue concerning the possible procurement of a fountain for Lake Saimaa. The preliminary concept is a fountain with a main jet approximately 20 m high and a lower wider jet approximately 10 m high, operating at 230/400 V and 50 Hz with a 3x63 A connection. It would be installed in the lake, removed for the winter and reinstalled in spring. The lighting would be single-colour 3000 K, with programmable RGBW lighting as an option. The transport diameter may be no more than 2,500 mm and the frame must be stainless steel. Interested companies must register by 1 September 2026 at 16:00 by email to hankintapalvelut@lappeenranta.fi. The Teams market dialogue will take place on 9 September 2026 from 08:30 to 10:00 in Finnish. Participation is voluntary, unpaid and not a condition for participating in any later competition.
