Invitation to market dialogue – accommodation for Coxa’s customers

Summary

Coxa Oy is preparing a procurement of accommodation services for its customers. The preliminary scope covers arranging accommodation when needed, but excludes medical care services and medical staff. This prior notice is an invitation to a market dialogue, not a contract notice or an invitation to tender, so no tender can be submitted on its basis. The final scope, volume and requirements will be specified during the preparation process. Interested service providers may attend an approximately one-hour individual meeting on weekdays in September 2026, either via Teams or in person at Coxa.
