Mechanical snow clearance works at Riveria properties in Joensuu from 1 October 2026

Summary

The tender covers mechanical snow clearance from the yards and roads of Riveria properties in Joensuu, as well as separately ordered snow hauling. It is divided into three lots: Peltolankatu 1, 4 and 23 and Penttilänkatu 61; Niskakatu 17, Merimiehenkatu 35 and Linnunniementie 4; and snow hauling from Peltolankatu 1, 4 and 23, Niskakatu 17 and Merimiehenkatu 35. The contract is fixed-term from 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2027 and may continue as an open-ended option unless the contracting authority gives notice at least three months in advance. For lot 3, the estimated snow-hauling volume in a normal snowy winter is approximately 800–1,500 m³, but this estimate is not binding on the contracting authority. The tender deadline is 31 August 2026 at 09:00. The tender must be binding and prepared in Finnish.
