Dynamic purchasing system for textile care services

Summary

The tender concerns a dynamic purchasing system established by Sansia Oy for the needs of its owner-customers. It will be used to procure textile rental and care services, as well as washing and dry-cleaning services for customers’ own textiles. The potential scope includes staff workwear, patient textiles, bed linen, restaurant and kitchen textiles, cleaning textiles, cleanroom textiles, exchange mat and hand-towel services, residents’ laundry, weight-based laundry, carpets and dry-cleaning services. The system is divided into two independent classes: Class 1 has stricter suitability requirements and Class 2 has lighter requirements. Applications may be submitted throughout the validity period, and the system ends on 31 May 2036. Only bidders admitted to the system may submit tenders in subsequent procurements within it.
