Invitation to market survey: procurement of helicopter services

Summary

The Finnish Natural Resources Institute is planning to procure aerial survey services carried out by helicopter. The services will cover aerial surveys of moose, wild forest reindeer, grey seals and taiga bean geese, as well as the tagging of wild forest reindeer and large carnivores. The preliminary plan includes five lots, with one to two suppliers selected for each lot. This is a market survey and no tenders are being requested at this stage. Interested companies must send their contact details by 28 August 2026 at 12:00 to kilpailutus@hansel.fi, using the subject line “Luonnonvarakeskus – Lentolaskentapalvelut”. The registration must include the company name and registration number, the contact person’s name and email address, and information on interest in providing services throughout Finland, as well as the equipment and personnel available. The market dialogue may include written comments on draft tender materials and supplier meetings. The planned framework agreements are intended to be available at the beginning of 2027.
