Summary

The tender concerns housing services for older people for the Soite wellbeing services county of Central Ostrobothnia. The dynamic purchasing system remains in force until 31 December 2033, during which internal competitions for services will be organised. It currently comprises three lots: long-term 24-hour supported housing, short-term 24-hour supported housing and community-based housing. Applications cannot currently be submitted for the fourth lot. A bidder may apply for one or more lots with a single request to participate and, if accepted, may later submit tenders in the internal competitions for the relevant lots. Long-term 24-hour services include round-the-clock care and supervision, activities maintaining and improving functional capacity, meals, clothing care, washing and cleaning services, and services supporting participation and social interaction. Short-term services include rehabilitation, care and treatment, but exclude medicines and personal care supplies. Community-based housing is provided in an accessible and safe residential unit with activities that support residents’ social interaction.
