Services to improve, maintain and audit the Cueva de Nerja Integrated Management System

Summary

Fundación Pública de Servicios Cueva de Nerja is procuring, as a single lot, technical assistance and consultancy to improve, monitor and maintain its Integrated Management System, conduct external audits and use the tourism quality mark. The services also cover management of system certifications and tourism sustainability requirements, calculation and verification of the carbon footprint, and monthly monitoring of hygiene measures at the Cueva de Nerja restaurant. The contract will run for 3 years, with the option of two one-year extensions.
