Lot 1 comprises one approximately 250-litre industrial tilting kettle with an integrated agitator; Lot 2, one tabletop steam cooker; and Lot 3, two heat-pump conveyor dishwashing tunnels for dishes and trays. The tunnels are intended to serve up to 750 meals per service, and the contract has a planned duration of 60 months.
