Deployment and maintenance of an integrated police management platform, communications and camera systems, and artificial intelligence

The contract covers the deployment, hosting, management, maintenance and support of an integrated management platform for Santander’s local police. The unified, on-premises system must include police operations and case management, the service coordination centre and communications matrix, a mobile application, traffic and video surveillance, and artificial-intelligence assistance.
