Consorci Localret is procuring technical support to prepare 16 studies of actual mobile-phone coverage in Castellví de Rosanes, Corbera de Llobregat, Cubelles, El Pont de Vilomara i Rocafort, Esplugues de Llobregat, Gualba, l’Espunyola, l’Esquirol, Masquefa, Montclar, Pujalt, Sant Agustí de Lluçanès, Sant Feliu de Codines, Sant Iscle de Vallalta, Santa Coloma de Cervelló and Tordera. The studies will measure mobile voice and data coverage and user experience in the field, analyse coverage for emergency and public-alert services, and recommend technically defined actions to improve coverage. The contract is not divided into parts; itineraries cover 35 km per municipality, up to 560 km in total, and the maximum execution period is 40 weeks.
