The contract duration is eight weeks; the estimated value is 247,753.82 EUR excluding VAT (299,782.13 EUR including VAT). The award will be based on price (60 points) and extended warranty (40 points). Qualification requirements include demonstration of economic/financial solvency and technical/professional capacity; proof may include accounts, registrations or other official documents. Insurance coverage must be provided for contractual value. New enterprises may submit alternative evidence.
