Kokkuvõte

The procurement concerns the supply and installation of a wood-dust suction and filtration silo for Navantia Ferrol’s saw workshop. It is a turnkey contract including supply and installation of all equipment and materials, plus lifting and handling means, and all civil works to complete commissioning. The package includes a modular battery filtration silo (galvanized steel panels, bag filtration, discharge hopper, inspection covers, elevated support bench for unloading to a truck), explosion safety panels, an anti-return valve, reinforced junction ducts, and a 22 kW centrifugal motor-ventilator suitable for outdoor operation at 220V three-phase. It covers mounting and anchoring to floor, beams and hull walls, and full commissioning. Optional items priced separately include Option 1: line of ducts from machines to the filter; Option 2: electrical cabinet with variator and pressure sensor for motor start/stop; Option 3: dismantling and waste management of existing installation components. The base budget (VAT excluded) is 50,000 euros (60,500 euros including VAT). Planned start date is November 2026. Execution duration is 12 weeks with a 24-month warranty.
