Contract for supply, service and works with investment under the energy services management model for the renewal of municipal infrastructures in the Municipality of Mos

Summary

This tender concerns a mixed contract for supply, service and works with investment under an energy services management (ESM) model to renew Mos municipality’s infrastructures. The contract covers exterior public lighting and related municipal building infrastructure, under an integrated approach where energy savings finance the investments. The project includes 7,397 light points, 164 control centers, 17,333 meters of cabling and 207 additional light points. Estimated contract value is €42,091,753.18 excluding VAT (€42,442,517.77 including VAT). The duration is 25 years, and payments are recoverable through energy savings.
