Painting works

Summary

The contract covers painting and finishing work at the sports halls of IGS Linden in Hanover. The works include protecting surfaces (2,110 m² of flooring, 335 m² of windows and doors, 65 stair treads and 930 m² of walls); painting ceilings (1,310 m² in the sports hall, plus 110 m², 40 m² and 40 m² on different floors); and painting walls (1,244 m², 360 m² and 45 m² on different floors). The works also include painting parts of the sports hall and other rooms, including 21, 6 and 6 door frames, 1,700 m of sealing work, 30 local levelling repairs and an additional coat of paint to 65 m². The planned contract period is 13 April to 7 June 2027; changing-room works are scheduled from 15 April to 26 May 2027. Offers must be submitted electronically in German by 9:00 a.m. on 4 November 2026. The priced bill of quantities and required offer forms must be included. Price is the sole award criterion. The bidder must demonstrate relevant registration, comparable experience and availability of the workforce needed to perform the contract; it must also provide turnover figures for comparable work for the last three completed financial years. The contracting authority may request three references and other qualification evidence.
