Summary

The tender covers regular and on-demand cleaning services in Munich at the Bernerstr. 6 sites A–F: a school and music school, an after-school facility, a daycare centre, a nursery, a children's centre and a library. The services include routine cleaning, deep and intensive cleaning, window cleaning, stocking sanitary dispensers, works performed on request and site-hour services over 48 months. The sites include various teaching, office, communal, sanitary, stairway, sports and library areas, as well as the outdoor reading garden. Attendance at the mandatory site inspection and submission of the signed confirmation are required. Key qualification requirements are professional registration for building cleaning, net turnover of at least EUR 350,000 in each of the last three completed financial years, the required liability insurance and 3 references of sufficient value. The tender must include all required net prices and calculations, details of the products to be used and compliance with the prescribed labour-cost and surcharge calculation. Price is an important award criterion with a weighting of 55%. The remaining award criteria concern the time spent at the sites: site A 20%, site B 3%, site C 5%, site D 6%, site E 6% and site F 5%.
