Roof rainwater drainage

Summary

The tender covers roof rainwater drainage works as part of the renovation of the Residenz and Feldherrnhalle in Munich. The work includes, among other things, installing epoxy-primed cast-iron drainpipes and fittings, pipe supports and steel structures, 19 mm elastomeric foam insulation, 40 m of frost-protection heating cable, and documentation and detailed planning. The bill of quantities includes, for example, 50 m of DN100 pipe and 30 m of DN150 pipe; an 80 m working platform must also be installed in confined conditions. Bidders must provide a breakdown of unit prices into labor, materials, equipment and other costs, and meet the suitability requirements concerning turnover, comparable experience, workforce and registration.
