Research project – DZSF – Automatic train detection: development and management of a pilot measurement network (Phase 2b)

Summary

Eisenbahn-Bundesamt is commissioning a research project to design and support a pilot measurement network for Germany’s rail network. The work includes developing a measurement concept for selected use cases, collecting data on train movements at main railway lines through measurement stations, and supporting the pilot network’s implementation and operation, including stakeholder management and communication of project results.
