Scaffolding works for the EGS and EGHO sites

Summary

The procurement concerns scaffolding works in Ludwigsburg divided into two lots. For Lot 1, the works include approximately 910 m² of façade scaffolding for the Schubart School extension, scaffold deck widening and internal guardrails, roof-edge and fall-protection systems, stair towers, safety nets, a construction stairway and mobile work platforms, with use for up to 37 weeks. A bidder may submit tenders for both lots and may be awarded both lots. Price is the only award criterion. Tenders must be submitted electronically in German by 20 October 2026 at 09:30 and remain binding for 59 days. Alternative tenders are not permitted. The works must comply with Baden-Württemberg tariff and minimum-wage requirements, including requirements applicable to subcontractors and labour-supply companies.
