Building infrastructure and caretaker services, 2026–2030

Summary

The contract covers building infrastructure services, including caretaker services, for the period from 1 December 2026 to 30 November 2030. The offer must include a priced substantive proposal or a signed service contract, together with the required declarations and evidence of capability. The bidder must provide proof of business or professional registration, or another basis for being authorised to carry out the activity, membership in the relevant employers’ liability insurance association, and current professional or business liability insurance. Technical capacity must be supported by information about the specialists assigned to the service, evidence of a master-level trade qualification or equivalent competence and experience, certificates for the required safety and environmental training, and at least one reference for comparable services performed during the last three completed financial years or since the business began. A category B driving licence is also required. The offer must be submitted electronically by 4 November 2026 at 12:00; alternative offers are not permitted. The award is based on the most economically advantageous offer, with the award criteria set out in the contract notice and tender documents.
