The works include constructing a new low-voltage main distribution board, reconnecting the transformers, renewing the compensation equipment, integrating the existing 24 V UPS system, upgrading automation and measurement equipment, installing cabling, and changing the network configuration to a TN-S system. During the conversion, the facility must remain operational using a temporary power supply. The temporary system must supply, among other consumers, screw pumps rated at 110 kW, 160 kW, 22 kW and 11 kW, plus smaller consumers, with a total load of 309 kW and a rated current of 571.5 A. Work must start no later than 7 working days after the order or instruction from the site supervision, and a programme must be submitted within one week after confirmation of the order. Price is the only award criterion; a 15% bonus may be applied to a workshop for people with disabilities where the economic result is equal. The bidder must comply with strict electrical, explosion-protection, occupational-safety and commissioning requirements and provide defect-free TÜV records before acceptance.
