Kokkuvõte

This procurement concerns a framework agreement for training and aptitude diagnostics, including Assessment Centers, Leadership Audits and Development Centers, with associated preparation and follow-up activities (feedback, results reports and refinement of assessment methods). Services are mainly delivered virtually, with some activities at Hannover and Munich. The framework agreement runs for up to 60 months from award; there are no minimum volumes or lots. The award will be based on the economically most advantageous bid with a price/quality split.
