Precast reinforced concrete elements for the fire and rescue center

Summary

The tender covers the design, manufacture, delivery and installation of precast reinforced-concrete elements for a new fire and rescue center in Anröchte. The package includes preparation of shop, assembly, reinforcement and element drawings; precast columns, roof beams, gable elements, wall and plinth panels, frost aprons, reinforcing steel and embedded steel components; transport, lifting, installation, connections, supports, grouting and required openings. The work must include the necessary lifting, transport, connections, supports, joints, openings and grouting. A responsible German-speaking site supervisor must be appointed, and the contractor must comply with site safety rules, coordinate with other trades and provide the required quality, conformity, product, material and as-built documentation.
